Just Released! The official state checklist form must be used and filed when performing any inspection of raptor facilities, regardless of who performs the inspection, whether WDFW or other official designates, including WFA members. Inspections are only performed to ensure compliance with regulation standards. You may want to download and print out a copy to have on hand. The relevant WAC is 232-30-410.

If you didn't get the email or just don't want to wait, the renewal form in PDF or DOC format is available for download.
The accompanying letter in PDF or DOC format has all the addresses and more information.
Just print it, fill it out, sign it, and then either mail it or scan and email it. Tricia is out of the office until January 3rd, but as long as your renewal is sent or postmarked by December 31st you are in compliance and will receive your license in January.
